Makro have become *******

Ordered Online and unit received was defective within 2 months of use. We sent back of which it was a warranty claim.. I however stated that I wanted a full refund or a new unit replace it as it should not be defecting in such a short period and is a faulty unit.

Since I have made this request. Nothing has been done, All emails are ignored and my unit is still with Makro.

I have emailed Makro's support emails and they too ignore my emails. We then called Makro where we were told that we would have response in 2 days, we are still waiting after 4 days.

I will not purchase from Makro online ever again and will certainly be doing future shopping else where... The service is despicable and I am certainly not OK being treated like this.

Hopefully Makro will respond to my hellopeter complaint
