Makro hasn't delivered my order

I placed an order with Makro online on the 5th of November, water in bulk for my wedding. now I am getting married tomorrow the 26th and I have not received my order. I made calls and follow-ups and they told me they were waiting for the order to be picked up. 1 day before my big day the dude was speaking to sphamandla, was like must I add that they cancel your order then if it's not delivered today? now I need to use the extra money that I didn't budget to buy water again. I have never been so disappointed and upset by a service provider.
