Makro hasn't delivered full order placed on 31 Jul 24.

I ordered a few things from Marko on 31 July 2024, the main item was Pampers cat food. The order said it would be delivered within two days, but was only delivered by 6 Aug. They delivered 15 boxes of cat food, not the 60 boxes ordered. I emailed them on 6 Aug regarding the short shipped items. I heard nothing from them until I received a phone call on 12 Aug, I informed them that the query was not yet resolved. They promises to escalate the issue. I eventually received an additional 4 boxes on 15 Aug. I have been emailing repeatedly since then but have received no feedback on when the remaining 41 boxes of food will be delivered.
