Makro hasnt delivered.
I placed an order for my brother's Christmas gift on the 24 of November. My order stated it would be delivered in an estimated 2-5 days. It is currently December 8th and no package has arrived. I have tried to log a complaint to get a resolution but nothing has be been done to help. My order way supposed to be packaged and sent from the Riversands branch in Fourways, Midrand. I am leaving the country shortly to go see my little brother with no Christmas gift. I am shocked and utterly hopeless at this point... JUST A SUGGESTION BUT DONT BUY CHRISTMAS GIFTS FROM MAKRO WHEN YOU HAVE A DEADLINE.

15 Dec 2022, 09:18It is the q5th of December I still have no received my package, I contacted the courier and view the packages tracking history. My parcel has not been picked up by a courier as the store can not locate my order. This is getting ridiculous. Is not possible for me to go to a branch and pick up my order at this point?
