Makro has worse online service

It is the worst online service I ever Experienced. I purchased an order online and was promised delivery within 3 to 5 days. It's been 13 days already. My Emails are not responded to. I am only receiving feedback from a robot that my email is acknowledged but they can't respond since they are experiencing a huge volume of emails. The website must have a refund option once the promised period has passed.
