MAKRO HAS TILL NOT DELIVERED MY ONLINE ORDER

I ordered a patio set on 4 December and requested that it be delivered on 9th December to my holiday home in Leisure Bay. It is now the 15th of December and all efforts with customer services for online orders have failed. My goods have still not been delivered. No call from any courier or responsible person to explain the situation. One of the consultants, Judy, has tried her best to get the order delivered and has now referred it to Michele the marketing manager at Amanzimtoti who would supposedly call me. Still no call. I would like some answers Makro!!!!
