Makro has the service in SA

Makro has the worst service in South Africa. I ordered pots, a kettle and a bottle of Moet online and they sent me broken pots and a broken kettle and it did not end there i ordered a bottle of Moet on the 1st of July, today is the 24th of July and my order hasn’t been delivered and every time I call the store or customer service I don’t get any assistance. Honestly they should live this whole online thing because they’re doing a very terrible job and they keep getting worser by the minute. If you don’t want to ruin your day or event stay very far away from Makro stores!!!
