Makro has terrible service

I had very bad experience with Makro Online I placed my order on the 21st of December and still I haven't received my order all stock ordered was in stock because I did check on availability as these items are school items ordered and I needed them before the 11th

I logged numerous calls and received a call back only on the 5th of Jan which they told me that they'll give me a call back and still I dont have any answers I need the school supplies before wednesday before the schools start they we're incredible specials thats why I ordered online but this has been a huge disappointment Orders packed but not being delivered
