Makro has shocking after sales service, I have a valid extended warranty for a fridge

Makro has shocking after sales service, I have a valid extended warranty for a fridge. The fridge packed up. I called Makro's call centre last Friday and waited I don't know how long. I finally get a consultant they look up and find the warranty. They log the call, I get an email to provide proof of the warranty the consultant already confirmed. I do this on Saturday. They only start working on my request the following Tuesday (4 days later) promising within 72 hours a technician will call to assist me. It's been 7 days since I logged the call and no technician has called me. Thanks Makro you have officially offered the worst after sales service I have ever received. Be very proud
