Makro has poor service delivery with zero communication and stupid coupons to rob us our money through refunds

I made an order online tuesday, I was supposed to receive my delivery on thursday but nothing was communicated with me, I sent an email to customer are only around 2am makro responded to my email saying some of my orders were cancelled due to low stock, i went to their website only to find out that Hermes ice cream cone and cape cookies are IN STOCK and it doesnt end there, they offered a refund that is incorrect , i dont know if its because of their stupid coupon that they they trying to **** me with. .even now the items are still in stock and only received only 2 items out of 5 this day a saturday...isnt online purchases surppose to be a convience not a hustle???? I demand my full order not a refund please...
