Makro has not refunded me in 3 months!

Purchased an airfyer from Makro. It was faulty and Makro issued a refund on 24/12/22. I STILL have not been refunded after contacting them over 10 times! I am at my wits end being pushed from pillar to post. Just refund my money Makro and stop making excuses.
