Makro has not paid me my refund!!!

After not delivering what i ordered on time i eventually had to cancel the order. A refund was then initiated 14 business day ago and I still have not received my refund??? the call centre agent had the audacity to tell me that today is not the 14th but the 13th day??? I have never ever received such poor service in my life. CR***
