Makro has not delivered goods or refunded me after more than a month (12 phone calls and multiple emails) - ask bank to cancel credit card transaction
Don't order from Makro's website, they do not deliver goods and do not provide refunds from my experience.
If anybody else is having issues with Makro and you want to assist them with providing a refund that they're trying to do, then remember that you can contact your bank to reverse the credit card transaction. The banks deal with this daily.
Timeline: * Ordered Product on 29 June 2025 * Expected delivery 5 July * Cancelled 12 July 2025 * Have not received a refund yet on 15 Aug 2025 for an item that was never delivered.

This has still not been resolved.
Goods were not delivered, and a refund was not provided. I have made roughly 12 phone calls and sent a dozen email to every Makro and Massmart email address that I can find.
The order was cancelled on 12 July 2025.

This has still not been resolved.
