Makro has no customer service

Never buy online Makro they will take the money knowing there is no stock and they will not call you to tell you there is not stock until yopu follow up yourself. They will then tell you the amount will reflect into your account within 7-14 days while others stores with stock run a special on the item and you can buy it because they want to make interest on your money before they pay it back. I was on the phone with an agent that left me holding for a manager for 28 minutes. Unprofessional she told me the refund was paid the same day, I asked but how is it I cannot use it if it was paid on the 20th. 7 days later no call from anyone from Makro either.
