Makro has no clue about Online orders and locker Delivery

Makro SA I placed an order which was confirmed on the 01 May to be collected at one of your DSV Locker as I was not going to be in Gauteng when deliver was due. I get an SMS on Friday 5th May saying order collected my delivery person and will be delivered to my home!!!!! I inform driver when he phones me to say, firstly not sure how you have my home address as this was not a home deliver but a locker delivery. Secondly, please deliver to locker. Driver says he cannot as he was told to deliver to home address!? I phone Makro on 5th May to ask why it is being delivered to home and not locker as requested on the order. I get to a supervisor level, who promised me they will phone me back that day to confirm when it will be delivered. No phone call.!!!! I have phoned Makro pretty much every day since Monday 8th May asking where my order is. Every day we go through the same questions and every day I get told someone will phone me by COB that day - and guess what no phone call. I have asked where my order is on the messenger "bot" - and guess what - no response!! It is now the 11th May. No resolution to my very simple order - place order, deliver to locker for collection... Incompetence at the highest level in Makro..... I guess you have now lot a customer for good
