Makro has moved from bad to worse when it comes to online orders

Makro has moved from bad to worse when it comes to online orders. 3 months in a row I'm not getting my orders on time or not getting them at all until I go collect them myself.You have a big advert on your website that orders put before 12 the previous day are ready the following day I've put my other order on the 18 and still no confirmation for collection. What annoys me the most is that when one goes to pick up,the items are not all packed yet they are on shelves. Staff is full of attitude. Half of my order last month was not packed and was not even updated on the system the reasons it was done when I was there and half of the things were updated as out of stock yet they were on the shelves. I want both my orders ready today and make sure all my items are available because when I ordered they were available on store.
