Makro has failed to deliver.

I bought products online from Makro, paid and even received a confirmation email on the 6th of JULY but they have failed to deliver. We are now heading into the 3rd month and I am still waiting on my products. I have called them over 5 times and the story is the same, "We will escalate the matter...". I have sent an email complaining and still my matter has not been resolved. My reference number is *** for all the times I have called.
