Makro has done its customer durty, an injustice just to get sales.

I was sold a projector by Makro with an assured 24month Warranty by the store in April 2022 I took the Projector in for repairs this weekend only to be told that the Warranty is 12monh by the Ultra link team that the projector was sent to and that I need to make payment for a manufacture fault on the projector.

if the damage had been as a result of negligents or any damage on my part I woud fully understand having to pay, from my view it seems that they realised that the projector repair is a bit hefty and decided to charge me for the repairs I would love to know from both ultralink and makro who gives customers false info on the warranty of an electronic device and why. there was a cheaper projector I could have taken on the day I purchased but decided to not take as the warranty was for 12 months had I know that I was being done so dirty I would have not even taken this one.
