Makro has done it again, I keep giving them a chance but no they keep disappointing me !

For some reason I keep giving Makro a chance, again order messed up. They keep canceling items from my order. For the ones that got delivered, the chocolatea were packed in the same box with skipping ropes and that damaged the chocolate. These are meant to be valentines gift for my colleagues and I but now I don't know since they are taking time with the refund for both the skipping ropes they never delivered as well as the chocolates since they were collected no communication none whatsoever. I a rather disappointed. I used to love shopping at Makro.
