Makro has a very bad service from online stores, customer care they need training please refund me my money!!!!

Can Makro please train their online staff even the customer care service they always cluessless on what to do when they can't even get through to store I ordered on the 29th of June my ordered was supposed to be here 3th July it was out of stock they never communicated till today I requested the issue they busy telling me they ascalated it's been 2months at this point I hate Makro I just need my refund I don't need feedbacks I just need my refund that's all I need.
