Makro has a very bad service.

I bought a Washing machine online from Makro on 8/11/2021 it was said it will take up to 7 working days for me to get my order delivered...on the 9/11/2021 I received an sms from the delivery company saying my order is with them they will send me an sns on the day on delivery I called on the 12/11/2021 asking about when can I expect my order I got no answer I called again on the 15/11/2021 it was said I will get my order on the 17/11/2021....on the 16/22/2021 at around 17:45 I received a call from Makro saying my Washing Machine was damaged by the delivery company I asked them when can I expect a replacement they said they will call me the next day till today no on has called me each time when I call I'm being told they will call me again...I'm very disappointed and I regret why I bought the machine from Makro.
