Makro is filled with the most ***********, arrogant and useless bunch of *****.

We purchased 2 tv's on Thursday 18th of March 2021 and still waiting for a delivery of an Item they had stock of in store, and the delivery was less than 5km from their Alberton Branch.

After contacting the service center I am still sitting and waiting. They are quick to take your money and offer no after sale service.

Their price saving isn't worth the complete @ssholes you have to deal with. And on top of it the store managers are a bunch of ***ards who hide behind their staff. Grow a pair and deal with the customers you upset and give bad service to.
