Makro - Gross incompetence and terrible customer service.

As part of Order Number #MAK***, my fiance ordered a 60KG Barbel Set.

After an excessively long wait, delivery was made today, however not everything was delivered!!!!

He was supposed to receive the following:

4 x 5KG Plates 2 x 10 KG plates 2 x Dumbell Handles 4 x 2.5 KG Plates 1 X Barbel Bar

All I received was:

4 x 2.5KG plates and 2 x Dumbell Handles.

This situation is completely unacceptable. When will he receive the remainder of his order?

Advise immediately. Failure to rectify this situation within 48 hours will necessitate that he pproach the Consumer Ombudsman for assistance.

I advise that you respond and rectify your terrible performance as a matter of the utmost urgency.
