Makro Gqeberha *****s fridges

Bought a fridge on Saturday from Gqeberha branch. Was ensured delivery would be done after 17h00 on Monday. Only to be told today, Monday, that deliver will be done between 14h00 and 15h00. When I told them I want my money back I was told the fridge is on a truck on the way. The time is now 19h37. No fridge and no follow up. No accountability. I assume my fridge has been ******. I want a managers number.
