Makro Gqeberha - LG Neochef Microwave issue

I purchased a LG Neochef Microwave from Makro Gqeberha on the 4th of July 2024. 6 days later I returned it informing the assistant that the Microwave is making a high pitched electrical sound when powered on. Based on their policy written on the wall it stated that it would be replaced if returned within 14 days (I returned it within 7). The device went in for repairs and I specifically asked the assistant to confirm what was done and she said that it was repaired (a 6 week old R3300 Microwave was repaired!). The job card stated that it the repair involved "repairing the vibration" which I already told the assistant was not the issue yet I took it to test at home and as predicted the issue still persists. I live 100km away from the store so it's costed me 20% of the microwave's value for it to still be repaired. I would like a replacement unit as this is unacceptable.
