Makro got intoxicated drinking my beer

Makro gets drunk

I made an online puchase of Windhoek draught beer from Makro paying R415.00

March 12 I initiated a refund through their app because I found it much cheaper at another store March 16 Makro collects the beer from my house March 19 Received an email from Makro saying, "Refund approved. Payment will be made within 3 to 5 working days." April 7 I sent an email to Makro saying i haven't received any refund. Makro gives NO REPLY April 15 I sent a second email saying I haven't received a refund yet.
