Makro - Going on 9 months for a refund
Since I posted my previous review on 21/06/2024, nothing has been resolved. I was contacted twice, after hours on a weekend mind you, and promised that it would be paid into my account.
I enquired on the webchat yesterday, and the same poor excuse still gets thrown around. The issue is still with the finance department and I will be contacted with feedback. I am actually so over trying to get MY money back for items that THEY did not deliver.
Sort your departments and issues out and refund my money!!!!!!!!!

25 Jul 2024, 10:28It's a pity, really. I want to believe you, but I received the same message in June and nothing has happened. Judging from other reviews on this platform, this is a regular occurrence.
