Makro giving me Anxiety

Since I have written my complaints here on Makro 7 days back, Makro haven't bothered to contact me back! I have been calling them everyday and the only thing they say is "escalating the matter". I received "an incorrect" parcel today and have app**** for a refund. I have not received my 2 orders from Makro. I just called Makro Riversands where I bought everything online and had to wait for 1:16:55 but it keeps saying I was the first caller in line until my more than R200 airtime was depleted! The service is worse!
