Makro giving bad customer service

Im getting the worst service from Makro in Ottery. Bought an item thats faulty and it seems nothing is being dine about it. Instead they inform me that their supplier will call me to deal with the faulty item i have. The supplier came to fix the unit and broke 2 days later the Unit that have a full repair according to the Technician from Samsung broke again. How is this possible? Ive been going back and forth with the supplier and now that im approaching Makro seems like they do not want to deal with the manufacturing Faulty Dryer. I must now deao with the supplier that clearly didnt fix my unit or replace the stuff that the techsaid he would do in the 1st place. All i get is sorry for the inconvenience but 6 mi ths after i paid R13 000 the unit broke, was fix ed thlwice and oarts replace to only brake 2 days after the 2nd repair. How?
