MAKRO GIVES THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I placed an online order with Makro. Firstly my order was messed up and not everything was delivered. After this was sorted out, they delivered my pinegel via The Courier Guy. The tub was shipped in a bag and opened with everything spilling out in the bag. I asked for a REFUND from Makro but they delivered pinegel again. After I opened the parcel, I saw it was only the bag full of pinegel tugged into a tub. How can you delivery something like this to a customer? Everything is all over the bag and I got an item I can do absolutely nothing with.
