Makro gives terrible service with online orders!

I have had such a terrible experience with Makro. I ordered luggage bags online which were supposed to be delivered by 13 June 2025 but I have still not received my order and I am being sent from pillar to post. Instead of taking ownership and rectifying the matter, Makro agents are shifting the blame to the supplier but I did not order from the supplier. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received and I really thought that Makro was a reputable store. My advice, do not order online from Makro.
