MAKRO getting bad rep from WUMDROP poor service
you guys should use a propper courier .. this wumdrop has messed up my delivery 3 days in a row with no calls nothing.. they making maro look bad.

04 Nov 2023, 10:20David from makrocare said it would be here on thursday and if its not to contact again via his email.. its now saturday and the tracking shows it still has not been picked up even.. what the F***K kind of customer service is this ? I would love to post some pictures so i can show everyone exactly what makro thinks of their customers.. because if this is happening to me im sure its happening to a lot of people.. its f***king pathetic

maybe i should stop buying from makro and maybe more people should stop buying after reading my post because the service and support sucks ass

08 Nov 2023, 12:13I finally got a call yesterday regarding the order, apparently the supplier had no stock and they were getting stock on the 10th, but i got a call yesterday afternoon saying they sorting the delivery out, so i dont know whos trying to bull**** me, but it is nice to finally get a reply to all my emails from days of no responses and it is probably going to arrive tomorrow, but all i wanted is to know what the hell is going on and no one could advise anything and i got ignored for days.. this is not customer service, but i appreciate that someone called me yesterday and thats theres action happening
