Makro - Germiston : Wall of *********** Shame

Last Saturday, 16 November 2024 I was at Makro Germiston. I was charged for an item that I did NOT buy! I complained to Makro's customer complaint department (national line) who escalated the issue to the store. In addition I emailed the store with the tax invoice number, till slip pictures, the pictures of the "item I did NOT purchase" but was charged for - by the Supervisor who scanned the item for a price check. She being in a sleepy mood, forgot to remove this item. Why? Because all the store items were incorrectly priced ie. The price tag VS. the purchase price didn't match. In other words: the purchase prices were far higher and incorrect in comparison to the price tags! So I had to check and even run around the store to Retrieve price tags??? The store supervisors are utterly pathetic and ***********. Nobody understands English emails with pictures attached of the Transaction to date? I made it blatantly Clear that I'm NEVER returning to AnY Makro as the Group, overall, has the similar recurring TRENDS. It's an absolute nightmare shopping here and there's ALWAYS some issue pertaining to incorrect prices. In addition: the stores never have stock of what's advertised!. A useless junk status store where illogical persons add to wasting of time, money and effort. The store to Date (1 week later) has not refunded me R200??? For an item I didn't buy.
