Makro Germiston Unprofessional

Customer service and the actual value of relationship with the person who consistently brings business to us not valued at all at Makro in Meadowdale it’s sad and upsetting. I spend thousands of rand at Makro only to have to pack your own groceries of so many items whilst so staff members are chitchatting on the floor. No one cares it’s like there no management. On the 26-06-21 went in quick just for a few items this time so I was let to the express till by a very rude lady then she takes something that looks like one of those machines the security usually scans your staff with when you go out , does not advise me that I don’t have to present my items as she has already scanned then I when I do she rudely shouts we are already done ‘shocked I was and she walks away ‘ then I ask the lady who I presented my card for payment to for the lady’s name then she is so cold ‘I DONT KNOW’ How can you work with with someone who you don’t know their name ??? At this point I decided this place is a circus ? if Makro does not train their staff properly and teach them how to speak to their customers it’s really appalling and unprofessional very disappointed.
