MAKRO GERMISTON POOR SERVICE

I placed an online order on 25 June 2025. The order was delivered with missing items. A week later they eventually delivered but it was wrong items delivered. I then requested a refund, to date the item is still not collected. I went to Makro Alberton for complain. They told me the order is from Makro Germiston and i have to go to Germiston. I then called Makro Germiston, engaged with Portia, Queen and Kabelo and none of them could assist. i was told they will escalate the case, next thing it was handed over to so and so person. I called more than 10 times following up. I wasted my time, airtime and energy trying to resolve this, until today i am still sitting with the wrong items. BAD SERVICE, I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND MAKRO ONLINE FOR ANYONE OR EVEN MAKRO GERMISTON CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS VERY POOR
