Makro Germiston pathetic service

I bought a dishwasher from Makro Germiston /Edenvale over a month ago. Once opened it was damaged with dents and scratches. I called immediately to log complaint. Pics where sent via email.

It's been a month now!! Over 40 reference numbers 17 phone calls to The store Makro Edenvale 8 calls to the call center 18 whattsapp messages Facebook messages Instagram messages I've just waited 45 minutes on the line to the Makro store in Edenvale and then they cut the call!!!!

AND STILL NO HELP!!!! This is the most pathetic service I've ever had!!!!

I honestly don't know what more to do.
