Makro Germiston Online Purchase

I am so Disappointed in Makro Germiston. I ordered online on the 31st of March 2025, Only 4 out of my 9 items were in stock, I proceeded to Cancel my entire order because what is the use getting 4 out of your 9 items, I would rather purchase from a different Makro that actually have stock of the items! I sent an email to the Makro Call Center on the 1st of April to cancel my entire order and proceeded to call on the 2nd of April just to ensure my order has been cancelled, Just to receive a sms on the 3rd of April saying my package is on the way, I then called the delivery driver told him that I have cancelled my order and that he needs to return it to the store. Which he did. Since then I have been calling the call center and the store itself to get my refund. I actually took a drive to the store today to try and sort this out. The manager Kabelo assured me he will locate my packaging that was returned so they can proceed with the refund today 9 April 2025. Lets see if that happens, I honestly do not have high hopes. I have been promised a call back every day which does not happen. Bad customer service!
