Makro Germiston is USELESS!
Completely useless after sales service. I have placed an order over R4000 on Monday and explained I need it by latest Wednesday, because it is for a function. No response, I escalated on Tuesday, twice today and NOBODY CAN ASSIST. The Germistone store does not even answer their phones and customer care does not care

31 Jul 2023, 10:28Makro's service was pathetic and to try and resolve a complaint after it is way too late, just shows your true colours.
Your call centre customer care, does not care, review the calls and you will see the service failure up to the point where they just say there is nothing they can do.
Germiston store does not answer their phones, EVER!!! Their manager Mr. Spies, is way to important to speak to clients and I had to drive through to the store and through a massive tantrum, just to get my products!
Every level of absolute disregard for client and a completely horrible experience!
ONLY one employee took responsibility for my complaint and really put in effort to resolve... Katlego was a superstar and jumped to get everything sorted, maybe send ALL of your staff to learn a little something about service delivery.
