Makro Germiston is trash: No response

I emailed ********** in the telesales department on 15 January 2018 requesting a quote for items. I was not available to buy directly from the store. I have not received a response until today. I have done the same process with Victor at Makro Polokwane and I receive a quote within a few hours. 6 days and counting without a response from Makro Germiston. This is the worst service I have ever received.
