MAKRO GERMISTON IS NOT WORTHY OF RUNNING, CLOSE IT DOWN ONCE!!!!!!

Until today, Makro Germiston has not refunded me and they are clearly not willing to. Each and every time that i contact them through whatsapp, direct call or email, they always sing the same sing: "we are escalating the matter". I am tired of their excuses. They are *******, they are *********** and fail decimally to do their jobs. They haven't even rep**** to any of my emails till today. They won't even acknowledge the email i sent them telling them that im taking them to the ombudsman . Makro stop being *******, the establishment holds a very high stature, don't destroy it. Stop *****ing people's money and start paying them back!!!!! I want my money
