MAKRO GERMISTON IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. This store is absolutely useless!!!!! i have been on hold for the past hour saying that i am ''first in line" Clearly my call is not as important as the automated voice says! i was told that i will get a call on Wednesday, it is now Monday and i am still waiting for my call. i returned an item which was purchased online, i stood waiting for nearly 45 min and then only got told i will receive a call back regarding the exchange. i am getting absolutely fed up and honestly i will never buy from Makro again!!!!! The lady i dealt with was rude and had no customer service etiquette!!!!
