Makro Germiston

I bought a tumble dryer on the Makro App in Desember, they did not deliver it on time so I cancelled, the order, I phoned the app number to ask it the order was cancelled and all they said was the store must cancel it, I went to Makro Germiston to cancel the order as that was the store that the tumble dryer was send from, I got the credit note, that was 7 January their policy says 7 to 10 working days to be refunded, I am still waiting for my money it has almost been 2 months, when I enquire all they tell me is that the financial department has been notified and they are waiting for feedback, they don't give me feedback at all, I have to phone and go to the store, been calling them know for 2 days the phone are not getting answered and if I get someone they take a messages and know one phones me back. I have spoken to the manager and still nothing, so Makro is *****ing my money, I don't know what to do anymore.
