Makro Germiston bad service

On a Monday morning 30 December there are only 3 tills open to serve alot of unhappy customers. Did speak to manager, Ismael, just say sorry and not changing the situation to help customers. Spending my time and money at a retail store of my choice will leave a bad taste in my mouth. Can this please be directed to Makro head office for their attention
