Makro germiston has no respect for customers, our company uses tradedate and its been more then 5 years, the OTP system was introduced to us at the later stage with no communication or email, we found this information at the store, we app**** for this otp thing 2 years ago and still no feedback from the head office and Makro germiston, they are not updating us or communicating with us but expect you to go to the account department... Are we there to shop or assist the employees to work? Today Sylvia and Alicia said they don't know anything about our company and have no information after that they laughed at me.. Poor customer service with no respect what so ever for customers
