Makro gas cylinder Refil station staff member is rude to customers and not professional

Makro Wonderboom gas cylinder Refil department staff member is rude. The staff member humiliated me by shouting at me and raising his voice at me. This department doesn't have order, staff members are rude to customers and they are not professional.

I bought a gas cylinder at makro Wonderboom on the 25 June 2022 on Saturday morning and I was given a till slip at the till. I was instructed to give the till slip to the staff working at gases Refil department to fill the new gas cylinder with gas. When I arrived at the gas filling department, a male staff member said I can leave the gas to be filled and collect it later because there is a long que of gases. I asked him how will he know it's mine, he said since my gas is new, he will know its mine. They did not put a label or tag on it. When I returned to collect the gas in the afternoon at 15:00 pm, I found another guy and he refused to give me the gas. He said there is no proof that I submitted a gas cylinder. This man made me really upset because he was shouting at me while he was raising his voice at me in front of other customers. He said I must go back to the till in the shop to tell them to give me a tag. I then went back to the till and they said I don't need a tag because I just bought a new cylinder, I have a slip and requested for it to be filled at the same time. At the till they said I must ask the staff member at the gas filling debartment to come to the till so that he can explain but this man refused. He said he will never go to the till. Imagine I walked back to the till and back to the gases filling station. I was made to walk back and forth by this staff member in my condition because he was rude, shouting and he was raising his voice. I did not feel like a respected customer. The staff member is rude. Later his colleague said its fine, he can give me the gas because it's easy to recognize a new cylinder because I have the till slip. There is no order in the gas cylinder Refil department at makro Wonderboom. Staff members at makro Wonderboom gas Refil station department do not respect customers. They do not have order and they are rude to customers. Please tell them it's the short Sotho lady and I will still take this matter further. It's not going to end here in yellow Peter.
