Makro - From the best to the worst in a very short time

For years, I’ve re**** on Makro for consistent and hassle-free online shopping, frequently ordering to the same address without a hitch. However, ever since the recent website overhaul, my experience has taken a disappointing turn.

My previous orders are nowhere to be found. I can't find what I previously bought to easily add to cart.

One of the main reasons I shopped with Makro was the easy access to their catalogues and promotional offers. Now, I can’t seem to locate any current specials or advertised deals. MORE FOR LESS and Weekly Catalogues are nowhere to be found. A number of products that were previously deliverable to my address are now listed as unavailable. Extremely frustrating

What used to be a smooth and user-friendly process has become unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I hope these concerns are being addressed and that improvements are on the way soon. I read the US guy who was sent by Walmart had come in a few years ago and I thought his changes were working. I heard he left. Is that why we are in the lurch. I honestly am shifting to Checkers and even paying more just to maintain an online presence. Alternatively please just change back to the old website. There was nothing wrong with it. We all knew how to use it.
