makro - from bad to worse

8 months later an no reply from makro for poor service. Dirty used products - we bought Christmas gifts for our kids and the goods were used. the paw patrol bottle had coke in it.

The bike we purchased for my daughter had missing parts.

We will not be going back especially after this no reply as if they do not care about our customer concerns.
