Makro ********** Behaviour

Good Day,

The sequence of events to my problem: - I purchased a dishwasher on ebucks (eB40 000+) - I purchased and extended warranty - I purchased delivery of the goods to Bryanston - I traveled extensively and left instructions for people at my home to receive the goods when delivered - on my return a few months later there had been no delivery of the equipment to my home - I visited Makro Woodmead staff and Management who assured me they would resolve the matter and get back to me - 3 weeks later still no response - I again visited Makro Woodmead staff and Management and they again assured me that they would resolve this and contact me - To-Date, there has been no contact or delivery of my goods
