On November 2019 the last week of the month I paid my Makro account in advance as I won’t be home on December i didn’t use it. which is up to date for December January I send my son to do payment as I’m out of the country. February payment I did via eft on 30/01/2020 and email them proof of payment. But now I got emails from their RCS. where they told me about to pay my installment and I’m on arrears. Is a very shame and pity to see a big company like Makro acting like fly by night. I don’t understand why they don’t recognize on their system if client make payment worse I even email them proof of payment. And my account still continue Increase balance instead to reduce It. As I’m not even use it. If they don’t sort that before I came home I will make sure Makro the world knows about it because this is *****.
