Makro ***** be careful

I reported a ***** case 2 weeks, purchased made on my makro credit card which I have not used for 2 years and safely in my possession. R19000 purchased was made at Incredible connection in Johannesburg, I Stay in cape Town Brackenfell. I contacted ***** department, I emailed them, makro send sorry for inconvenience and send account for payment of R19 000, that was ***** and makro has no safety or security measures in place. No has helped me so far to correct the problem.
